Every future project call will answer five practical questions.

Concept, research, prototype, testing or another canonical state supported by evidence.
What help is actually needed?
Expertise, infrastructure, production capability, research, access, testing or another clearly bounded contribution.
What does OBRAC bring?
A concrete contribution rather than a vague invitation: mission context, research, design, software, coordination or another defined asset.
What would success mean?
A specific outcome both sides can understand without presenting future intent as delivered impact.
What is the next real step?
A valid contact route, eligibility condition or participation step for that project.

Define the need
Start with the problem, the stage and the missing capability rather than a generic partnership label.
Agree the contribution
Clarify responsibilities, constraints, evidence, timing and what each side is actually providing.
Build and verify
Distinguish discussion, prototype, test and active delivery so the public story remains accurate.
Collaboration should increase capability without weakening truth or responsibility.
OBRAC will not present an exploratory conversation as a partnership, a prototype as proven impact, or a future capability as deployed reality.

Can I propose a project before a public call exists?
Yes. Use the general collaboration route. A proposal is not treated as an approved OBRAC initiative until it has been reviewed and defined.
Does OBRAC currently have open calls listed here?
No. This page is deliberately showing a truthful empty state until a real project-specific call is ready.
Can companies, universities or nonprofits collaborate?
Potentially yes, depending on the project and the real contribution required. The relationship type will be stated accurately if collaboration is formalized.
