OBRAC is a Christian technology nonprofit with an international mission: to bring excellent artificial intelligence, practical technology education and useful innovation closer to people and communities, especially where access is limited by geography or resources.

OBRAC begins in Spain and is being built for service beyond borders. Its purpose is not to become a generic NGO or a conventional technology company, but a Christian technology organization able to create, adapt and bring advanced tools closer to more people.

As OBRAC grows, this family will distinguish clearly between real people with accredited responsibilities and roles that are still being built. An unfilled role will never be presented as a person who does not exist.
Innovation can move fast. Authority and foundations cannot change silently.
Legal authority remains with OBRAC’s competent governing bodies under its Statutes and applicable law. For OBRAC AI, specialized governance is being built progressively around the Christian Core, Constitution and public verification.

The future OBRAC AI Constitutional Council is planned as a multidisciplinary advisory body. It will not replace the legally competent governing body and will not have unilateral authority to change OBRAC AI’s fundamental principles.

OBRAC AI is the flagship project, but the long-term vision is broader: technology education, rural access, research, innovation and prototypes, collaboration with schools and universities, work with manufacturers and responsible international cooperation.

Christian Core and constitutional rules should evolve only through explicit, versioned and verifiable governance.
