OBRAC is building a technology education line intended to make artificial intelligence, digital tools, software and hardware more understandable, practical and useful across different ages, places and economic realities.
Access is not only having a device. It is knowing what to do with it.
Technology can expand human capability only when people can understand it, question it and apply it to real needs. Cost, language, connectivity and access to specialist instruction can all become barriers before learning even begins.

No public related initiatives are being claimed here. OBRAC AI is an existing flagship project in development, but any educational program built around it will be labeled by its real state rather than presented as already active.
