OBRAC AI is being developed as a public-interest AI ecosystem whose models, tools and interfaces can evolve while its protected foundations remain explicit, human-governed and independently inspectable.

OBRAC AI currently has a canonical Constitution v0.1 used as a TEST BASELINE for development. It defines minimum rules around truth, dignity, non-manipulation, vulnerable people, privacy, Christian identity and honest limits. Runtime integration, evaluation and public access continue to be developed.

This page does not claim a public beta, production Constitutional Council or deployed constitutional smart contract. The public Constitution Explorer is a read-only development interface, not product access to OBRAC AI.
Meaning, ethics, relationship and spiritual context are human realities.
Metaphysical AI is OBRAC's research direction for treating meaning, ethics, human relationship, spiritual context, identity, continuity, governance and transcendence as dimensions of human questions rather than flattening them into isolated prompts.
Boundary: OBRAC AI is artificial intelligence. Metaphysical does not mean consciousness, a soul, faith, revelation or spiritual authority, and OBRAC AI must never present itself as possessing them.
What should make OBRAC AI structurally different.
Free Core Forever
The essential individual public core should remain available free of charge, with reasonable anti-abuse limits, even if sustainable commercial services later exist around APIs, infrastructure or professional integrations.
No Private Control
No founder, company, funder, sponsor or provider should be able to buy unilateral control over the project's protected principles.
Constitutional AI
Christian Core → Constitution → policies and technical implementation → runtime and models. The model is replaceable; the protected foundation is not silently rewritten by a model update.
Human constitutional governance
The legal authority remains with OBRAC's competent legal body. A specialist OBRAC AI Constitutional Council is a PLANNED GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE, not a body claimed to exist today.
Useful intelligence should not require treating people as raw material.
Data minimization
OBRAC AI's constitutional baseline favors asking for sensitive personal information only when there is a clear functional need.
No sponsor control
Private conversations should not be exposed to funders or advertisers, and financial support must not purchase influence over answers or protected principles.
Human limits remain visible
The AI must not pretend to be a pastor, priest, prophet, therapist, doctor, lawyer or other human authority, and it should direct people to appropriate human help when materially necessary.
Technology can change daily. Protected foundations change only through governed, traceable versions.
The current v0.1 is a development baseline, not the final ratified Constitution. The architecture separates ordinary technical evolution from the layer that defines protected principles and authorized change.
Christian Core
The doctrinal and educational foundation that ordinary model behavior, donors or product updates should not be able to rewrite arbitrarily.
OBRAC AI Constitution
Formal rules connect the Core to operational behavior, versions, hashes, signatures, ratification and authorized transitions. v0.1 is the current test baseline.
Governance
Discussion and review can happen continuously; formal authority remains human and legally accountable. The specialized Constitutional Council remains planned until formally constituted.
OBRAC AI runtime
Models, retrieval, tools, interfaces, languages, hardware and providers can improve without redefining the protected constitutional layer.
Specialist advice can grow. Legal authority cannot become ambiguous.
The future OBRAC AI Constitutional Council is intended to bring multidisciplinary and international expertise into constitutional review while remaining advisory within OBRAC's legal governance framework.

Blockchain can prove which version was approved. It cannot decide what should be believed.
The intended on-chain layer records integrity and traceability: version, approval date, hash, signatures, ratifying body and authorized transitions. Doctrine, ethics and governance remain human responsibilities.
Public read-only constitutional baseline
The public Constitution Explorer exposes v0.1 as the current TEST BASELINE and makes the planned governance architecture understandable. It does not claim that blockchain verification, formal version history, public proposals or the authenticated Governance Portal are active.
The constitutional framework is designed to survive the interface.
The long-term vision extends beyond chat toward agents, devices and physical systems, but those layers remain future vision unless later evidence shows otherwise.
Trust requires evidence, replaceable technology and clear status.
