OBRAC is a Christian nonprofit technology organization. OBRAC AI is its flagship technology project, but OBRAC also works across education, social action, research, rural technology, innovation and human-centered technology.
Institutional identity
OBRAC's public identity is nonprofit, Christian and technology-oriented. It should not be presented as a commercial AI company disguised as a charity.
Truth over scale
OBRAC does not publish beneficiary totals, worldwide operations, success rates or institutional relationships without evidence that supports them.
Legal accountability
Institutional authority remains subject to OBRAC's statutes, applicable law and the competent legal governing body.
Participation can be broad. Legal authority must remain explicit.
OBRAC can receive advice, evidence and proposals from researchers, institutions, community members and future specialist reviewers. Those contributions do not silently become institutional decisions.
OBRAC AI Constitutional Council
Status: PLANNED GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE. It is designed as a specialist advisory body and is not claimed as formally constituted today.
Money must support the mission without buying the principles.
No sponsor control
No funder, advertiser, company or donor should gain unilateral authority over OBRAC AI's protected constitutional principles because they provide resources.
No invented financial claims
Budgets, funding totals, donor lists and use-of-funds reports will be published only when there is an appropriate documented basis and disclosure policy.
Sustainable services can coexist
Future APIs, infrastructure or professional services may help fund Free Core Forever without converting the essential public core into a paywalled mission.
The model can change. The protected foundation cannot change silently.
OBRAC AI separates Christian Core, Constitution, technical policies and replaceable runtime models. Constitution v0.1 exists today as a canonical TEST BASELINE for development; it is not presented as the final formally ratified Constitution.
Blockchain is evidence of integrity, not a decision-maker.
A blockchain reference can prove which content was sealed. It cannot determine doctrine, ethics or institutional authority.
Fundamental constitutional change follows an annual human governance cycle.
