Does OBRAC manufacture hardware today?

No manufacturing program is being claimed here. Hardware belongs to research and future collaboration unless a specific prototype or production relationship is publicly documented.

Is a prototype a finished product?

No. A prototype exists to test assumptions and learn. Product readiness requires additional evidence, engineering, safety, maintenance and operational validation.

Can companies or laboratories collaborate?

OBRAC welcomes serious technical conversations, but an exploratory conversation is not presented as a partnership or agreement.
