This public explorer begins with OBRAC AI Constitution v0.1, the current canonical TEST BASELINE for development. It is not presented as the final formally ratified Constitution.
v0.1 exists for testing. Formal ratification and on-chain verification do not.
This page makes the current development baseline inspectable without pretending that future governance infrastructure already exists.

Funding, sponsorship or advertising must not purchase control over answers or principles.

Offer hope without false promises or denial of reality.
Models are replaceable. The constitutional hierarchy is not defined by the model.
OBRAC AI is not a spiritual authority.
The Constitution explicitly rejects claims that the AI has consciousness, a soul, faith, revelation or authority comparable to a human pastor, priest, prophet or other spiritual leader.
Continuous technical improvement. Deliberate constitutional change.
AI assists the discussion. Humans govern the AI.
The future OBRAC AI Constitutional Council is designed as a specialist advisory body. It may review mature proposals, compare them with the Christian Core, request evidence and recommend wording, but it does not automatically acquire legal power to ratify the Constitution.
Status: PLANNED GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE.
Final legal authority
Ratification remains with the competent legal governing body of OBRAC in accordance with statutes, applicable law and valid internal rules.
Blockchain will be evidence of an approved version, not a source of doctrine.
Current v0.1
No production smart-contract address, on-chain transaction or formal signed constitutional manifest is claimed for the test baseline.
Future official versions
When formally implemented, a published version should expose a reproducible content hash, signed or certified manifest and traceable ratification metadata.
What blockchain cannot do
It cannot decide theology, ethics, institutional authority or whether a proposed change should be approved.
No silent history will be invented before it exists.
Public understanding comes first. Formal participation requires accountable roles.

This public layer will progressively expose versions, proposals authorized for publication, statuses, evidence, annual results, change logs and the next review cycle.
Authenticated Governance Portal · PLANNED
Formal proposal submission, evidence, attributed discussion and role-based review are planned authenticated functions and are not claimed as active today.
OBRAC AI may later summarize, compare and cluster proposals, but it cannot vote, ratify, decide doctrine or modify its own Constitution by authority of the model.
What this Explorer does — and does not — prove today.
Is v0.1 the final Constitution?
No. It is the canonical test baseline used during development.
Is the Constitution on blockchain today?
No production on-chain verification is claimed until deployment and public evidence actually exist.
Can the AI change these rules itself?
No. Technical systems may assist analysis, but constitutional authority and ratification remain human and institutionally accountable.
